How to add token from smart contract to my wallet

Dear all
6 days ago I swapped some ETH to XRP using “smart contract call”. The transaction shows completed but it is not showing in my wallet. I think I should add it manually, but the problem is I have no idea what the “name”, “symbol” and “decimal” are? and which network I should choose. Here is the Transaction id: 0x46378abc09914bd6e1193747562b091d6136541563fcec487ab2e709bac05bb8
I appreciate any help.

@hnemati If you made a swap to the native XRP, then you only need to add that from your token list.

I appreciate your time for help. It just show 0.58 XRP. In the exchange it was 343 XRP. Could you please check my transaction in etherscan? I really dont understand most of it.

Unfortunately It shows nothing. Is it stolen? I really dont know what I should do?

@hnemati Okay so it appears you made a swap to XRP on the BSC network but the amount is way less to the swap amount.

Please create a support ticket at:

You can request to speak with customer support from the chatbot.
Please send the ticket ID here also so I can raise it internally.

@hnemati Lastly did you use the swap feature in the Trust app or through a dApp.

@hnemati Hello please can you confirm if this is still the ticket ID and you didn’t create multiple.
Your deleted post had a different ticket ID which is why i deleted.

I sent over usdt(bep-20) to my trust wallet. But it’s not adding up to my balance. Also there is no sign of it been sent out on the explorer

I did not create another ticket and the ID is still the same as initial ticket.
