How to I add trx to be able to transfer USDT?

How do I add trx ? I want to transfer USDT TRC20 but it asking for trx as fee, I check the receiving wallet of the trx so I can deposit but it’s showing same wallet as USDT TRC 20, please give idea how do I do this
