How to import from Trust Wallet to TronLink?

Disclaimer: TronLink is not affiliated with Trust Wallet. This guide was created to assist users who need immediate access to their assets in case of breaking changes done in the Tron network.

  1. Install the app: https://www.tronlink.org/dlDetails/

  2. Choose Import Wallet

  3. Make sure to read all the terms and decide whether to agree.

  4. Scan or enter the mnemonic/seed phrase from your multi-coin wallet (Trust Wallet app)

  5. Set your desired wallet name and password. Set a complex password to protect your wallet against unauthorized physical access. You may use a password manager such as Bitwarden. Then select Import Mnemonic

  6. Select Import Mnemonic again. There is no need to change anything else since the Trust Wallet app uses the same derivation path.

  7. Congrats! You successfully imported your wallet.
