How to swap arbitrum to ethereum

I have some arbitrum coin and i have no idea what to do with it , is there a way to swap it for another coin such as ethereum? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello @Treeman1 you can deposit them to Binance and withdraw as ERC20. Otherwise, you have to research on bridges that allows Arbitrum ETH crosschain swap to native ETH.

I downloaded binance but i cant find arbitrum on there

@Treeman1 you can find it under ETH when you try to deposit select Arbitrum one.
