Anyone can tell me, how to get refund from Etherscan, or any procedure to be carried out. I checked the transaction success to Etherscan. Please help.

What should I do? I wish claim the token back to my wallet, please help
I supposed to sent the new address of Etherscan, unfortunately I made mistake to the old address,. I try to contact wallet provider to retrieve the token but no response. So I want to know what can I do? Please advice

@Shadowowl Please be informed that Trust Wallet cannot reverse, cancel, nor refund confirmed transactions in the blockchain.
You need to find who owns that address, we can’t assist with that.
