I can´t transfer BTC

Hello,

I can´t transfer BTC.

I have basically tried everything.

  • delete and reinstall the app
  • used two different phones
  • Used VPN
  • Tried to send BTC to 3 different addresses.
  • Newest version of app.

It just stuck on “Loading…” after presses next on input address and amount of btc I want to send

Hello @Bjorker99 sorry fo inconveniences we’ve caused. Can you tell me your app version, and where are you located.

This issue can be fixed by updating iOS version to iOS 14.5 or later is temporary measure in case it is emergency transaction. New app version with the fix will be released soon.
