I can't access my bitcoin for over a week now

is it dust in UTXO that is stopping me from spending my coins… its not even showing up in my balance at all… I need help

that was the address sent to the sender… I have a receipt for the transaction don’t know why my address changed on the receipt

The sender might have clippers on the computer . That may have swapped the address . It’s a malicious scam. Tell the sender to confirm the address he sent to and the one you sent to him/her .
