I couldn’t find the hash in my new phone wallet I don’t know whether there is a way that I can retrieve it. My old device was drawn in to water and the engine was spoiled when I bought the new one I backup my multiwallet by using my backup phrase word and I notice my token and coin are not backup I just see only 5 JULD and 0 BNB.

I have knew about all this transaction but you don’t talk about my last transaction which I have sent 0.95 BNB from my bundle wallet to this trusted wallet address :

Then I swap it to binance smart chain then I swap it to julD and I got 814 Juld plus my remaining 5 Juld it became total of 819 then I swap the 19 to BNB and leave the remaining 800 Juld on my wallet and 0.031 BNB.
unfortunately my phone got problem and I got new one and I use my phrase word to backup my wallet after its open I just seen only 5 Juld and 0 bnb.
But I have I dentify one thing in the wallet which is my BNB wallet has changed from this:

To this:
bnb1xtw8pl3f3gyqhmraqcpnth5u6dvn7pk499usqm
and all of them I have used to deposit in it because my 0.03 BNB is in that first address when I tracked the transaction through the explorer. Please why the address is changing.

BNB address bnb1arxacvk055u3dqynq3f4aah4wdh7qrj9azzy92 cross-chain swapped with 0xCd71C123b4e0518baF1dc0F634Bb57363d21832F. And that is where your 800 JulD tokens are located.
Perhaps, you used a different wallet? Please double-check, you may have used your other multi-coin wallet (go to settings > wallets).

You have two separate wallets in the past. Please try to look for the recovery phrase of the second wallet with the BNB address bnb1arxacvk055u3dqynq3f4aah4wdh7qrj9azzy92
As I have told you earlier, to my knowledge I have only 1 wallet but I don’t know whether a more than one wallet could be create in the trusted wallet app and the wallet may create itself automatic?

It is impossible for the app to change your address or create a new one without your knowledge. You forgot that you have a second wallet. The solution is to find the recovery phrase for that wallet so you can access it.
