And it shows that there was a transfer on trustwallet but cannot see my bnb - please help thank you I could really do with your help ASAP as I need to swap it

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

It’s there now thank you no more need for any help it can be closed now but I am happy so thank you

Jenny I have similar issue .6 days ago transferred Shiba INU from my Binance account to trust wallet till now nothing in my account .Have already submitted required information but no update .
Please can you prioritise this .
