I have USDT and I swapped it for ETH, but didn't receive anything

@zachzwei hi I am very new to trust and I do not know where to post.

I have USDT and I swapped it for ETH last night it says its approved and was charged a network fee but have no received the coin. been about 12 hours since it was put in please advice

Hello @wadafak,

To better assist, please provide us the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
  2. ETH wallet address
  3. Transaction hash or link
  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors, if any)

You might have just did an initial approval for the swap.
Do the swap transaction again to proceed.
Or you can provide the information that @iamdeadlyz has asked so that we can confirm.

When swapping tokens for the first time, you have to approve it first to be spendable. And, that is what you did just now.

Since you are done approving the token, you need to enter the amount that you want to exchange then press the swap button.

Okay Just to clarify. I have to pay to get it approved. And then pay another transaction fee for swapping coins

Correct. Every transaction in the blockchain requires network fees.
