I lost my atom while swapping it to bnb

I swapped my atom coin to bnb, but somehow my bnb coin didn’t show up. But my atom had already sent, please anybody help.

@Pangkysuman Swaps aren’t instant, they take some time so you only need to be patient.

Who created UI for all this? Impossible to use. Rhetoric question but please fire the guy.

I cannot even submit a Ticket because the system says you must be logged in. Of course I am logged in, how do I leave replies?

To get support, please open a support ticket from your Trust wallet app.
To reduce response times from customer support, please include the following info in the ticket:

App version, device model, wallet address, TX hash (if available), and the blockchain + assets you’re experiencing the issue with, and any relevant screenshots or videos to duplicate the error.
