Hello admin,
I made a purchase of ALTT using 0.2 ETH on uniswap v3. The transaction was successful but all my coins disappeared even though I didn’t make any transaction. How can I get them back?

@ruaminh There is no such token shown in your transaction history.
You last transaction rather shows you interacted with a phishing address.
If you have connected your wallet to an unknown link, I would advise you to transfer your assets to a new wallet immediately to prevent loss of funds.

Hello Trust Wallet team, please solve my problem. My problem is that I had 30,240 Trust X Gaming tokens, which were safe and still showing on the blockchain. However, on the Trust Wallet main page, only 15,240 tokens are showing. The problem is that 15,000 tokens are missing from my Trust X Gaming tokens, which are not showing on the Trust Wallet main page, and neither is the send and receive data showing. Simply put, where have my 15,000 Trust X Gaming tokens gone?

@Ameen93 The explorer shows the same value as Trust wallet, your tokens are not missing.

Hi tobi i send today wrx from my binance app to my trust wallet , the network and every detail was right , on my app its shoes succesfull but in my wallet the tokens have not arrived.

I have a trust wallet. I have the 12 word “password.” I was part of an investment program that deposited funds in my trust wallet monthly. One day the wallet and the cumulative amount of money disappeared. I can’t find it. Could you please give me some advice on how to recover my wallet and the funds therein?

@hostageagle Sorry but anything that involves investment and you paying for such is a scam and there’s no way to get your money back unfortunately.

Hi Tobi. My wallet was hacked and most of my coins and some NFTs were stolen. I realize that i prowont get them back. But im wanting to move the remaining NFTs to another wallet. But my Base NFTs don’t have a send button. How do I send them?

@rittertrading556 When you click on the NFT, there should be a send button or you could reimport your wallet and check to see.

There is no send button for the NFTs on the Base ETH network. Doesnt matter which device I’m using.

If you are unable to see a send button, you could import to another wallet that supports BASE NFTs and send from there.

How do i do that without a send button? In order to get them into another wallet, do i not have to send tgem?

I transferred money. But no more access to the Wallet
I deleted it.
For a new Wallet. But the money is still on the old Wallet.
Can you still transfer that to the new Wallet. Dh v d Galien

@rittertrading556 If you import to another wallet (different from Trust wallet) that supports BASE NFTs also, you could try sending out from there.
