Hi.

I send lead token to another wallet and didn’t arrive yet .
I send it beb20 and other one erc20
ihope to solve my problem.

    1.26.17
  2. Crypto address

Hi @Egytk,

Is 0x7766a010a009b497c973bc430bd602f573b77057 an address in the Trust Wallet app? Or, it is a deposit address from an exchange?

It’s deposit address from another exchange

In that case, you need to contact their customer support. Trust Wallet cannot reverse nor cancel confirmed transactions. They have it in their wallet already.

Make sure you are interacting with the legitimate customer support of the exchange. The process depends on them.

Did you send to your Trust wallet or you sent out of?
Can you provide the following information

  1. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)

  2. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  3. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

I had takes to coin dcx team they are saying we do not operate on bep20 so we cannot revert the transaction
I sent the usdt to coin dcx

Please contact the customer support of the destination address so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
