I made a transfer from my trust wallet to coinbase without placing the tag / memo, how should I proceed to redeem this transaction because coinbase can’t help me, they told me to talk with the support from trust wallet.

Please contact the customer support of Coinbase so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover or credit it, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Triple-check next time before transacting.

My trust wallet has no box to include the memo / tag when sending how di I rectify this? Thank you in advance

Hi, @Gainsy some tokens/coins doesn’t need memo for transfer. Can you specify which coin/token are you trying to transfer?

I think I e sorted it. I want to send BNB from trust wallet to binance. The default is BEP2 but I’ve changed it to BEP20 (BSC) and that doesn’t need a tag. However I seen a video on YouTube and the transfer window had a memo box but I don’t. Can you enlighten me please? Thanks

Correct, That balance does not reflect the transactions mentioned. I had that same balance since before the those transactions.

Please contact the customer support of Pionex so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.

I also sent Injective tokens without Memo, to a binance adress. How can I recover the tokens??

@Degboy You would need to contact the Binance customer support team and provide detailed information about your transfer to their wallet.
