I made transaction to wrong address

Hi! By mistake I sent tokens from my wallet to wrong address. Is it reversible? Please help!
Here is transaction hash:
0x28ce1f467fc2d8eb4010358e4ed67b101cba87008c103391696052d6e7cef485

The contract:
0xc0e39cbac6a5c5cdcdf2c1a1c29cbf5917754943

Hello you didn’t send out to that contract address, you only approved your token for a swap.
Please read this:

OK. I revoke the tokens but don’t see any change in my trust wallet. What do I need to do now?

@Borise
You approved your token for a swap, you can follow the same steps you used to approve to swap also.

Whats is conclusion

@George777 If you sent your crypto to a wrong address, then the only way to get it back is if you’re able to get in touch with who owns the wallet as Trust Wallet cannot reverse, cancel, nor refund confirmed transactions in the blockchain.
