I restored the wrong account, help me

Friends, help me, I don’t know what to do. I registered Trust Wallet a long time ago, saved the secret phrase, did as needed. I used it successfully, but literally last week I bought a new phone and transferred all the data there. Except Trust Wallet. But I didn’t despair, because I had a secret phrase, what’s there to worry about. But after restoring the account, I saw that all the balances had 0 crypto. I decided to find and add the wallet to the address where I sent the crypto. I found it and it turned out that it had a completely different address. As a result, I think that in those ancient times when I created the account, for some reason it was duplicated and I saved the secret phrase not from the account I needed. Are there any at least theoretical possibilities to restore that account with a balance that is not zero? Does the service have technical support? Is it possible to write a direct request? It’s a shame to just lose money because I didn’t transfer the wallet to a new phone. Especially since I have a secret phrase, but damn, it’s not the right account.

@Lurkmore I’d advise to check that you have imported the correct words as your seed phrase is unique to your wallet.
