I send amount some shiba inu from my trust wallet to my coinomi wallet but i did not receive any shiba inu in my coinomi wallet.
my shiba inu in my trust wallet is bep20 but in my coinomi wallet is erc20

Please contact the customer support of Coinomi so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.

Man this is messed up. You mean to say if the company you are sending it to don’t recover your funds, the trust wallet can’t help recover either?

No we can not help recover your funds as we have no access to your wallet nor keep any logs of your wallet.
