Hello, how do i start a new thread for an issue i am having?

I sent BNB via BEP20 fron binance to Trust Wallet, but on Trust Wallet i used the BEP2 BNB address. The transaction failed, but the funds left my binance.

Let’s double-check. Please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
  2. BNB and Smart Chain wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)
  3. Transaction hash or link provided by Binance
  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

I have a similar issue, i have sent bnb from binance wallet selecting bep20 and bep2 from trust wallet, can you help me please?
