I sent safemoon from trust wallet to the adress of the safemoon wallet app. It appears lost

I logged on to my trust wallet to find that I had a fair bit of safemoon tokens left. I downloaded the safemoon wallet app and found a recieve adress on that app. I used this adress to send my safemoon to. It appears lost but my transaction history shows that the tokens were never sent! Please help.

@Hogsam I’d suggest you open a support ticket from your Trust wallet app.

To reduce response times from customer support, please include the following info in the ticket:

App version, device model, wallet address, TX hash (if available), and the blockchain + assets you’re experiencing the issue with, and any relevant screenshots or videos to duplicate the error.

Thank you very much for your resposnse. When i click on that link it takes me to an AI who does not seem to understand my situation. Am i doing sometning wrong?

@Hogsam There’s a button on the upper right corner, click that to submit a ticket.
