I swaped Tronpad for BTCB in Pancake but nothing in my trustwallet!?

I swapped my Tronpad tokens from my trust wallet into BTCB via Pancakeswap.
It is almost 2 hours and nothing was received into my trust wallet.
I can see the transaction on BSC SCAN, but no tokens into my wallet!! My Tronpad tokens are taken out from the wallet, however the BTCB tokens are not in my wallet!?
I do not know whether I will trust this wallet for putting my money and coins there!?
Can someone help me with this issue?

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

Same thing happened to me when I swapped safemoon for pulsepad.

Did they fix your problem?
