Your tokens are in your wallet and you only need to add it manually as a custom token using these details

Could you help me. I can’t see my transaction in solscan. It’s pending for 2 days. When I reset my wallet, I should add SPL token again.
I sent it from solana address to solana address. Now I can’t do it
