I’ve had exactly the same problem, I tried to send BNB smart chain from trust wallet to WETH in coinbase wallet, but it hasn’t shown up, it says success, getting pretty worried I’ve lost the money, how do we contact Trust, just keep getting the same generic email reply! HELP
There is nothing can be done from our end since the transaction already confirmed by blockchain . You need to contact coinbase support .
@mazzard I did the same thing and all I get is a generic reply everytime. It is so frustrating. I sent a letter to my attorney general but am still waiting to hear back. Coinbase support is awful and they simply don’t care about their customers.
