Don’t understand what’s going on, it keeps displaying Smart Contract Call Error

It seems you tried to send out a token and it ended up giving that error.
Can you reimport your wallet?

Watch only means you have no access to that wallet.
You need to have the recovery words to the wallet to be able to send out funds.
