Is it actually possible to get a real response from support?

So I have tried on and off for almost 3 months now to get my issue resolved.
Multiple times I have gone through the chatbot, had my ticket rasied to support and then recieved the same copy paste reply from support. I then reply to the copy paste answer but hear nothing and a couple of days after they close the ticket…
I mean for real, it shouldn’t be this hard to just talk to a real person and get actual replies…

@Dogsauce You can open a support ticket through your Trust wallet app. Please note that you need to be very detailed when opening a ticket by providing information like your app version, receiving address, transaction hash if any, screenshot or video recording if reporting an error.
Also open just one ticket and not multiple as multiple tickets increases workload and extends your wait time.
