Is it best to bind Trust Wallet with Google Authenticator or something like email confirmation/phone number confirmation before you can able to send or transfer funds to another so as to be more securely safe from unauthorized transfer of your funds? Thanks

The app does not have 2FA authentication.
Just keep your recovery phrases safe.
