Tried to transfer bnb from trust wallet, but by mistake wrong memo given

Can someone plz advice me how can I get it back

Hello @Hampi,

Confirmed transactions are irreversible. You need to contact the customer support of the exchange or platform where you have deposited your BNB.

OK, but I have given correct wallet address, only memo is wrong
