Where is the Bbc code located for inatial transfer.

Trust transfered my bitpay accounts holdings to them and then provided me with a ZIP file to open. from what I see says my tokens were descovered. But I have no clue what to do with this emailed file. Please someone help… I had a lot in my bitpay I was sending

What exactly happened here? Please give more context to the issue that you encountered.

Also, for your information, Trust Wallet does not transfer any accounts, including “Bitpay”. ZIP files are not given as well. Are you sure you are using the legitimate app?
