I bought some litecoin almost a week ago with simplex to trust wallet, almost 5 days after purchasing nothing has shown in my wallet, I contacted simplex and they said my purchase verified, i then contacted trust and they said it’s not there issue.

The emails they send to you I just sent one back. I don’t know if the reply was automated or not though
