I have mistakenly sent BTCB Bep20 to my Nexo app it didn’t reflect and when I contact Nexo support they told me my funds couldn’t be recovered ,can anyone fix it for me?

Sorry to hear about that. Unfortunately, no one can recover those BTCB (BEP20) tokens aside from Nexo (if they are willing to configure their system). Please double-check next time before transacting.
