I unintentionally sent shib-sol from Phantom Wallet to Shibwifhat-sol on trust. I see the transaction on solscan, but do not have access in the wallet. Lost, or recoverable?
@Gregwarnock8043 Not sure I understand fully but it seems you sent from a SOL address to another SOL address, in which case you just need to add that token manually to make it viewable on your Trust app.
Shibwifhat-sol is already added. So is shib-sol.
Shib was sent to Shibwifhat, because the only difference in the icon is an almost unnoticeable hat on the dog, which on my iPhone wasn’t even seen. The labels are exactly the same on my iPhone screen in trust wallet, AND the transfer was accepted. Didn’t know that it didn’t transfer for several hours when I checked again.
Any other ideas?
@Gregwarnock8043 What you need to confirm is if both tokens have the same address that is they are both on the Solana network?
Both on SOL. Different addresses. Meant to send to SHIB-SOL, but sent to SHIBWiFHAT-SOL. On Solscan, the SHIB-Sol tokens (10M) are in shibwifhat-sol address, but not visible in that Trust account.
@Gregwarnock8043 Since it’s a solana address, you only need to add it manually.
Please follow the guide below, you need to get the contract address of that token then add it manually on your Trust app.
I already did that. The tokens are in the wrong address.
SHIB-sol are in Shibwifhat-sol. How can I move them from SHIBWIFHAT-sol to SHIB-sol? They are SHIB-sol in the Shibwifhat-sol account, but not displaying in either.
(Ill try the custom token thing next. Thanks. (I didn’t know to try that.)
Tobi, thank you. That process worked! Got the $1,000 back. I appreciate your help!
