Lost my Account and forgot to back up private keys and phrases

I have proof of transaction and trust wallet address, but when I searched for a topic to restore my wallet account, I could not find a solution, is there any other way to return it because, the account has a pretty decent token balance

To restore your wallet you need to enter phrases or a private key.
It’s already a condition, if it’s lost or whatever. your wallet cannot be accessed. so sad, but be patient.

Without the phrases been save or written somewhere it is hard to restore it back

I just hope there is a recording feature from the trust wallet, namely the IP address feature and some evidence that can be attached to legalize that it’s my forgotten account

Without backup phrase is not possible bro. Nobody can help you, because it is decentralised
