I sent World Coin from the world coin app to my multicoin wallet on trust wallet.
I can see the Tokens 25 to be exact on Etherscan but they do not show up in the app, or the webapp, I am already fully up to date.
The wallet address is 0x19488E894E81384889aA86b112e4Ec94b348948E
can you please tell me how to get access to these tokens again…
@SNSEI That token isn’t on the ethereum chain like you said but on the worldscan chain which trust wallet doesn’t support natively.
You need to import to a wallet that does and access it there.
Good day, please I also need help on similar issue. On 29th December 2024. I tried transferring Meer token from Mexc exchange to my trust wallet. Few minutes after the transaction, I realised token still not showing in my trust wallet, but I had already received an email from Mexc saying transaction complete. Went back to check Mexc, and that was when I realised the network is different. Network on Mexc says Meer, while the network I sent to on my trust wallet is BEP20. I’ve tried contact trusting wallet support, I was given a ticket ID, but its been over 4 days and still haven’t heard back. please help, will it be possible to get my token back? I will really appreciate your reply. thanks
Thanks for the reply. I have the Meer(Bep20) on my trust wallet, I don’t need to import it again. I think what I transferred was Meer on qitmeer network. I’ve tried contacting trust wallet support with transaction Id, and all the information requested but for over 5 days still no email from trust wallet support. I also contacted Meer support via thier t. channel, they advised to use meta mask to store coin, so I’m thinking maybe the token isn’t supported by trust wallet. I’ve tried checking using the private key as instructed on the trust wallet fao, but showing token is zero. I’ll really appreciate if you can help. Thank you
@MsMo That network is most likely not supported presently, so you need to find a wallet that does and import your keys there.
Please do your research on which.
