Hi team, I already tried 4 times to get answer. Any one can help me to find out my tokens which was sent on 11/22/24? Sand,chz,fil,axs, also on 11/25 was sent some xlm

Have you added them manually and they are not being shown ?

Yes I add them manually, but they still didn’t come. One day before I was sent almost the same tokens and they arrived with no problem. Can you please help me to figure out how to get them. Thanks

@Kap1982 Are you on mobile or using the extension wallet ? Please check if your app is also up to date.

I’m using a mobile app
And my app updated up to date 11.20.1(1189)
Also some of them I can see on check explorer but can’t find Xlm

@Kap1982 For more clarification, do you have a swift wallet or a Multi coin wallet ?
Then when you added the tokens, do you see a zero balance for all ?

I can see tokens in my wallet except those which were sent on the date which I already provided

I do have a multicoin wallet,and I don’t see on my balance tokens what I sent on the 11/22/24 and on 11/25/24

@Kap1982 Can you try deleting the app completely then reinstall again and see if it works or if you can, import to another device and see if it’s same.
Also please beware of impersonators, only official email is [email protected]

I will try to delete an app, but I have to transfer all my tokens from the wallet, don’t want be surprised and ask again for help. Thanks I will keep you posted.

Hello! I tried to swap DOGE to ETH in the built in swap, the DOGE gone, but I never received the ETH coins.

@Jenki You need to be patient, the swaps aren’t instant and may take some time.
