Lunc error - empty tx bytes

Hello, when i try to send lunc from trust wallet to another address. I got the error in the preview “empty tx bytes not allowed”.
If i continue to send, i got an error saying insufficient fees…

I have enough coins for the fees.

Already tried to:

  • delete data from the app,
  • delete the app and reinstall with latest version.
  • install on another phone

And the error is the same.

I was trying to send 800k lunc and my lunc balance is 1.8million…

Hello Tobi, i have already post a ticket and replied to the email with prints of the things asked. App version and so…

I reveived an email saying that as i didn’t replied they will close the ticket.

I replied again and received an email to ask to the community and here i am.

This was + than 1 month ago.

@pmaonline If you tried lesser amounts on the Trust app and it doesn’t work, I’d suggest using the native LUNC wallet, import your wallet there and try sending from there.

@Valoo200 Please try sending out a lesser amount, if that doesn’t work also then I’d suggest you import to a native LUNA wallet and send out from there if you need your assets urgently.
