Hi @Msanad,

To better assist, please provide us the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
  2. SWGb wallet address (select SWGb in the Trust Wallet app, press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
  3. Screenshots of the wallet (missing balance)

Upon checking, you successfully sent 366.459836002489597286 SWGb (BEP20) to 0x197baf21acd5c94cafc5045ab1d5f94236c6cf4b.

Where did you get this address: 0x197baf21acd5c94cafc5045ab1d5f94236c6cf4b? Is this a deposit address from an exchange?

Unfortunately, as stated earlier, Trust Wallet is not able to reverse, cancel, nor refunds confirmed transactions. The Trust Wallet app is a non-custodial wallet. We do not hold your funds.

My friend happened to him like that before and it got back, I want to contact technical support, if you are not able to help me, Because it was sent to an address that does not support private network currency, so the wallet can return it
thank you

Hotbit controls that wallet (0x197baf21acd5c94cafc5045ab1d5f94236c6cf4b), not Trust Wallet. No one from Trust Wallet can assist with the sent funds.
