Migrating from old BNB to BNB smart chain, status completed but "Sorry, We are unable to locate this TxnHash"

Hello everyone,
today i ve migrate (using migrate button on browser ectension) from old BNB to BNB smart chain, the migration status is completed but both old BNB and BNB smart chain are 0
In i go to bcsscan " Sorry, We are unable to locate this TxnHash"
The migration (trading) exists in the history of extension but does not appear in the app in the phone
I’ ve tried also to install the extension in another browser and there’ s nothing in the about migration
