Minor TRX fee for sending crypto

I have received USDT trc-20, and I wish to send them to exchange. However, there is a TRX fee. It was a relatively small amount, therefore I could not decide to buy TRX with a minimum amount. And I can’t seem to swap some USDT trc-20 to TRX either.

The fee is only less than 19 TRX. But I realize I have spent hours trying to work on this.

My TRX address is THTPSUR1bLJNhYVAoULZUpviz3AYX2rKB7. I will be very pleased if this issue is resolved or any means suggested to get my USDT sent.

Thanks for the reply. I managed to get some TRX from Binance to pay the network fee. The minimum amount seems to hold back many users from topping up or exchanging. I staked the remaining TRX to make the best use of it.
