Missing BNB Smart Chain Tokens

3 days ago I purchased BNB on trustwallet through simplex. The purchased was approved but I have not received my tokens in my trust wallet. I have sent all my supporting screenshot documentation, but still nothing.
Please help.

I’m having a similar issue. My order did go through but when I tried to trade to smart chain, the swap page says I don’t have enough. The amount that it shows is different than what it shows in my list of coins on the main page.

The third-party crypto providers like MoonPay, Simplex, etc. are taking time in distributing the bought cryptos due to the increased demand. It is best to contact them directly. Support ticket links can be checked here:

How would you describe what has happened with me. I am getting error 400 when trying to swap BNB for smart chain. It took an hour or so for the swap page to reflect the actual wallet amount, and now I get transaction error 400.

EDIT: Works now. I had to try four times total this morning for it to finally move from BNB to smart chain.

I actually did contact simplex…they never responded. I have messaged them as well as Trust wallet with the same supporting documentation.
