Hi Ive transferred shiba coins from trust to Crypto.com. It was a successful transfer but its not reflected in the crypto wallet. What happened? Please help!
Hello @im.miko It seems you sent SHIB BEP20 to crypto.com and from what I know they don’t support BEP20 assets,
Please contact the customer support of Crypto.com so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
