Missing Crypto After Swap

I swapped BTC to BNB directly on Trust Wallets swap feature but never received the BNB.

I checked the transaction and it says it was completed and has the right BNB address in it.

But I never received anything. There are no transfers/deposits on the trust wallet app for that coin and there are no transfers/deposits for that address on BscScan even though it says the swap was completed.

I’ve been trying to resolve this since may 1st and trust keeps closing my support tickets.

Swapped BNB for DOGO. I don’t understand enough about this too figured out. I haven’t received the DOGO. Yes I have the custom token added to my wallet.

@masterme When swapping a token for the first time, you’ll need to do two transactions; Approve and then swap.
You have already approved for the swap which means your tokens are spendable now for the swap, so all you need to do is swap the amount you want to.

Thank you very much. So does it mean not need gas feed any more (or lower fee) for the swaps of current token?

@masterme You’d still pay a gas fee for the swap.
Gas fees are paid per transactions you make.
Please note the gas fee isn’t charged by Trust wallet but by the Blockchain.
