I swapped BTC to BNB directly on Trust Wallets swap feature but never received the BNB.
I checked the transaction and it says it was completed and has the right BNB address in it.
But I never received anything. There are no transfers/deposits on the trust wallet app for that coin and there are no transfers/deposits for that address on BscScan even though it says the swap was completed.

I’ve been trying to resolve this since may 1st and trust keeps closing my support tickets.
