Missing EGC Coins

Hello there,
I bought 1B EGC tokens using pancake swap. The tokens originally showed on my trust wallet. The next day I bought another 500M of the same token using the same process. BScan showed my transaction as a success. After that not only did I not receive the new tokens but also the 1B originally bought disappeared. Adding a custom token does not work as I already have EGC shown on my wallet. I created a ticket but did not help. Can you please help restore the tokens? The hash ID for my transactions is below:

My wallet address QR is attached. Also a photo showing 0 EGC balance is attached.

Can you please help?

Transferred out to whom? Did I get hacked? I only bought EGC… never sold or sent it to anyone?

@Petergayed refer to transaction hash I provided above. It shows your tokens were transferred out. If you don’t recognize this transaction,
Here are the possible reasons:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app;

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. It is your responsibility to make sure your wallet is not compromised since the app is a non-custodial wallet (meaning, you SHOULD be the only one who holds the secret phrase and private keys).

Please read and understand this:

Learn more about how to protect your cryptos and new wallet:

If u want to check ur transaction u can do one thing that which date that transcation has been done for EGC coin
Get your contract adress
And go to the etherscan. Io
Past ur contartv address to the sapce bar
System will show u there itself about ur EGC coin transcation date nad time

I did that and a contract owning about 10k crypto showed up. Is the owner of this contract the person who stole my EGC? How can I report them?

Thanks so much!

@Petergayed nothing can be done. Read my previous message it included all things to do.
