I swapped my bnb for safemoon for the first time and i have not received any of it. I dont know what to do? But they took my bnb money.

I made a swap from safemoon to bsc on pancakeswap. It showed transaction submitted to bsc chain.
Then was showing pending and then it failed.
Although, it failed it charged me bnb and has emptied my entire bnb wallet.
Please help me get my money back, lost nearly 8-9 dollars.

This seems to be a recurring case. I have all the security settings on the mobile app turned on, including transaction signing. I also use the Binance Smart Chain addon for Mozila (Linux), downloaded from the proper source. And no, I haven’t given the seed phrase to anyone.
I’m aware I’m not seeing my money again, but I’m leaving this here to let the Trust/Binance people know there’s something that needs to be sorted out with their products. Trust Wallet has been growing a reputation for not being very trustworthy (pun intended), and I just found out the hard way.

I have gave up with trust wallet mate…they are not slow in taking your money.but when you have a problem the have some sort of help team that only answer me when they can be bothered.and when they do they direct me to the trouble shooting page which I have already been looking at…hopless if you ask me.
