Missing funds from Trust wallet to Revolut wallet

I received a payment to my Trust wallet in wstUSDT and then I sent it further to my Revolut wallet, but Revolut do not accept wstUSDT, so I didn’t get it. Both transfers with smart contract. I contacted support, which I was provided with from original sender. They said that transfer was placed to mempool and they have to convert it from USDT to other crypto currency and send it to my other network wallet. For this procedure miners fee required, they said. Could it be true about deposit?

@Dimag I’m not sure where you got that from, but that does seem like a scam if you’re being asked to make payment. There’s also nothing like paying to a mempool.

Also Trust wallet will not send you mails soliciting for money.

Yes I saw those transactions on tronscan. But is it possible to locate funds if I didn’t receive them?

@Dimag You need to check the amount again, that is basically a dust transaction.
