Missing tokens after unstake, can someone help me pls?

Hello.
My unstake has been pending for months, in April I unstaked 64 kusama and I still haven’t received them until today, only 8 were claimed, the remaining 56 didn’t, the historic displays the rest but It’s not there. It shows it has being claimable but there isn’t.

i can’t even upload a pic here because it shows an error: “Sorry, there was an error uploading 1.jpg. Please try again”

@karius Your transaction history shows otherwise and that your tokens were already unstaked and sent out. Do you recognize that?

no i didn’t send tokens to anyone, i just unstaked them, and it only shows “claim rewards” and the amount of tokens there but when i click it redirects me to that site

I have the same problem when I open my trust wallet my account balance is empty

@karius It says otherwise on the explorer, you can also check it.
If you do not recognize the transaction, then your wallet is most likely compromised.
Please stop using that wallet and create a new one.

@szelepsapka1 Did you check the explorer to see if your tokens are in your wallet ?

does it say to what address the tokens were sent to exactly?
I didn’t know trust wallet was so vulnerable, that’s bizarre

@karius Trust wallet is not vulnerable, giving access to your wallet out is what makes your wallet compromised.

you just showed me it’s vulnerable by saying the tokens were sent out from my account given the fact it is not even logged in the computer, so it means it is vulnerable.

Btw I just wanted to know to what account the tokens were sent to, i can’t find it

@karius Your wallet keys are the access to your assets, if you give your keys to your wallet out, someone else has your assets in their control then.

I don’t think my tokens weren’t sent out to anyone, nobody has access to my wallet and it’s not logged in any device, but thanks for your time anyway

Hello Tobi! I have finally got you! Do you remember me? I am [Removed] . You disappeared with a lot of my crypto. Approximately 4000 USD value. The last time I wrote this, you banned my account… You can keep doing this or take the responsibility and give back my money! At least a portion…

@szelepsapka1 You clearly have been in contact with an impersonator who stole your assets.
I would not send you a private message or request money from you.

It was you? “ > > On 20 Jul 2024, at 13:19, Tobi [email protected] wrote:

Immediately when you make the make the transaction fee,you make sure you inform me immediately so I can make recovery instantly to avoid any error…that’s a bad thing to you?

Secondly I have told you that we don’t collect money for recovery charges :

For example : Asking you to bring $5000 for a $25000usd recovery.

All you do is make the transaction fee charged by the system which I never above $300 or less depending on the amount.

I have said this one thousand and one times.”

@szelepsapka1 This is clearly a scam and also a scam email.
There’s nothing like a fee or system.
Trust wallet is decentralized and has no control over your assets, only you do.

How did he know my email address and how does he have an official trust wallet email address and more of than how the heck does he know that I lost crypto from my trust wallet account due to an other scam that I want to recover, if I only opened a ticket in this forum about my problem??? It must be you Tobi who made me pay more and more and then disappeared not giving me any money back. I need explanation!

@szelepsapka1 This is a forum which is public and can be viewed by anyone signed in, you have literally attached your email above to a public forum which I have removed also. That is not a good security practice.
Also that mail isn’t official and only official one is [email protected]

Marvelous. This means that I got scammed twice………………………………………………………………:fearful::exploding_head:

@szelepsapka1 You need to be more careful and also understand that no one from Trust wallet will chat you privately or request money from you.

I guess I can’t get my money back what he stole from me. What do you think real Tobi?
