I was transferring USDT from Coindcx wallet to my Trust wallet. Total value
of USDT 2494 in 2 transactions. While it was withdrawn from Coindcx it did
not get updated on Trust wallet. The trust wallet app version is 3.12.

Transferred out where? I don’t understand. According to me I transferred from Coindcx to Trust. So it should be in trust wallet
i have not done “ANY” transactions from trust wallet… it was a simple transfer!!! how can it be pulled out ???

Do you recognize these transactions?
No i don’t. That does not belong to my wallet. All i did was transfer to trust wallet from coinDCX for which i have shared the reciever’s address
@Hrishi Here are the possible reasons for unrecognized transaction :
You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);
You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;
Your device is corrupted with malware;
Someone had physical access to your device;
You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.
You transacted with a malicious DApp.
Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.
