Missing xrp at receivers wallet

Hello,
Last night i sent from my Trust wallet 379.33 worth of xrp to another wallet $120.33 was somehow taken from that amount and only 250.00 was received, here are the details,
I am escalating this and need to know why it happened?

Would appreciate very much for this to be resolved and recovered,

@mpug amount transferred is 394 XRP here’s transaction: XRP Ledger Explorer - XRPSCAN
And successfully received on destination address; rPnrXfddSiHqBinxx6H4NcAAJKKNKBxucH

I see no amount missing on explorer. You have to contact receiver platform for your deposit issue.
