Missing XY (Oracle)

Hello,
About 50 days ago I received XYO from COINapp. everything was ok until today.
Today my account is 0. I have updated the app, also re imported wallet but still zero.

ETH nodes were temporarily out of sync. There were issues with seeing and sending/receiving ETH and ERC20 tokens.

Issue has been fixed.

hmm, nothing changed. Tried re - import for few times after this message but no result
