Mistakenly less amount of Bnb sent to my exchange account where the exchange set the minimum deposit limit.Is there anyway to take that fund back.

The Trust Wallet team cannot reverse, cancel, or refund confirmed transactions in the blockchain since the app is a non-custodial wallet. All transactions done in the blockchain are permanent.
Kindly contact the customer support of that Exchange so they can assist you with the deposit issue.
