Hi, yesterday I made a payment of 50usd to get Smart Chain (BNB) coin, but I haven’t received the coin. The payment was made via Simplex and the money was withdrawn from my bank account succesfully. Also there are no pending orders on my wallet.
I have tried to reimport the wallet but with no result. What can I do?
