My balance isn't showing

Hi i received ETH (260$) from binance on saturday with ERC 20 network but my balance is still not shown exactly as it should be, i already tried everything even uninstalling the app, go on PC version, updated the app, delete and add the token manually… Please what’s causing that ? I got the confirmation that i received the funds but my wallet isn’t showing them after more than 40 hours

@Micoe Do you have a transaction hash ? I’ll suggest you double check the chain you sent on

Hi Tobi, I am also facing same issue. I had transferred some eth from my gate io account but those are not reflecting in trust wallet

@user44 Did you make this transaction ? This transaction had a really high fee after you received.

No, this transaction was not done by me. I only transferred eth from my wallet to trust wallet.

How can I get this back in my wallet or any other wallet. Is it any bug in trust wallet?

Think the transaction is pending due to low transfer fee

Look like transfer fee very low so increase it or contact gateio already posted
